Buffet breakfast the best

Arriving on the hotel's opening day with complimentary champagne was such a lovely touch! They have an amazing sauna to relax in after a long day, and the skincare amenities in the lobby were top-notch. One minor hiccup was that housekeeping requests at night are a bit tricky since they aren't available, but it didn’t dampen our experience! 🍾

A Wonderful Family Stay with Great Amenities!

We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable Twin Room. The hotel’s proximity to the train station made exploring Kyoto a breeze. The washing machines were a lifesaver after a long day. My daughter loved the cozy reading nook by the window. Pro tip, bring your own coffee for a quiet morning!

The hotel features larger rooms compared to others in Japan, making family stays more comfortable. A fantastic breakfast with a wide variety was a great way to start the day. The location near the train station provides easy access to local attractions. On the downside, there was limited seating in common areas during peak hours, and the check-in process could take longer than expected, especially after arriving from long travels.

The location was fantastic, just steps from the train station, making it easy to explore Kyoto. My kids loved the breakfast, especially the robot tray butler that delivered our food. Our room was spacious, pristine, and perfect for a family getaway.

My wife says that the mattress was a bit firm, which made it a little tricky to get to sleep comfortably. A softer mattress would be great for families with kids.

Location is fantastic, just across from the train station. Room size was smaller than expected for a family. Breakfast had a great variety of Japanese and Western dishes.

I really loved this place! The rooms were super spacious and the breakfast buffet was way better than I expected. Plus, it's just steps from the station, which was a huge win for getting around. Only thing is, the public bath area got a bit crowded at times, but it was still a nice feature.

The location is excellent, right across from the train station. The public lounge offers complimentary tea, coffee, and ice. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great choice for our stay.
